Why do videos sometimes stutter or pause during playback?
Video may stutter or pause during playback if your computer does not meet the specs detailed above, or if your Internet connection is not fast enough. Even on broadband connections, Internet congestion or traffic can result in choppy playback or repeated buffering.
The player says I need to upgrade the Flash player. How do I upgrade?
You can obtain the latest version of the Flash Player from Adobe at: http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/
Why is the video blocky or pixelated?
Several factors affect video quality including the data rate, the quality of the original footage, and the version of Flash video used to encode. Please contact the publisher directly with issues related to video quality.
The player is not displaying correctly or is displaying the wrong video. How can I fix this?
Your web browser may be displaying cached information. To clear your browser cache, perform the following steps:

1. Go to a different website such as google.com.
2. Click on Tools -> Internet Options -> General
3. Click the Delete Files button, select the "Delete all Offline files" option and then click OK
4. Once the process completes, click OK to close the Options dialog
5. Close all open Internet Explorer browser windows.
Firefox
1. Go to a different website such as google.com.
2. Choose Options from the Tools menu
3. Click the Privacy icon, select the Cache tab, and click Clear Cache Now.
4. Click on the History tab, and select Clear Browsing History Now.
5. Click OK to close the Options dialog
6. Close all open Firefox windows.
Safari

Can I search for videos?
Yes, use the search field located at the top right of each page to look for videos matching the description you type. Tip: use descriptive tags and check your spelling.
How do I share videos?
The sharing features are located at the bottom of the video playback window. To send an email that contains a link to the video, click the envelope icon and fill out the required details. To copy the link directly (great for IM), click on the 'get link' icon located on the player next to the email icon.To post the video on your own website or blog, copy the 'embed code' located to the right of the video window.
How do I embed video on my website or blog?
You can easily embed videos in your website or blog. Simply find the video you want to embed. Click 'get code' located to the right of the player on the video playback page. Copy and paste to your website or blog.
How do I report abuse?
If you believe a video violates our terms of use, please let us know by clicking the "Report as inappropriate" link located at the right of the video player.
What file formats are accepted?
The following file formats are accepted:
3GP, AVI, DV, h.264, MPEG2, MPEG4, QuickTime, WMV
I uploaded my video, when will it be available
Your video is reviewed by one of our moderators, and will appear on the site after it has been approved.
What happens if I close the upload progress window before the upload completes?
If you close the window before the upload completes, then the upload is cancelled and the video will not be available on the website unless you start the upload over again.
What size and length should my video be?
We recommend keeping your video under 3 minutes in length, and a maximum of 1 GB in size. The larger your video is, the longer it will take to upload and process.
